At Jade We Met, every order is carefully prepared to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: 3–4 working days
• East Malaysia: 3–6 working days
• Singapore: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or peak seasons.

Daily Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday) will be processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
