Our jewelry can handle light exposure to water during daily activities such as hand washing. However, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, shampoos, alcohol, or other harsh chemicals to preserve its shine and longevity.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 days within Malaysia, and around 5–7 days for Singapore and East Malaysia.

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Our team will assist you with a replacement or appropriate solution.
